On May 16, about 30 students from different major backgrounds were led by teachers to visit Rinnai, a 100-year old Japanese company located in Fengxian Industrial Park.
Rinnai is a high-tech enterprise that adheres to Rinnai's nearly 100 years of technological heritage and relies on advanced equipment, technology and R&D capabilities to produce gas water heaters, gas stoves and other stove equipment, as well as whole house water purification systems and other products.
First of all, the staff led everyone to the exhibition hall and showed the film to make everyone understand the background and development history of Rinnai. Since 1920, when Hidetoshi Naito and Kanichi Hayashi founded the "Rinnai Trading Company" and started to produce gas stoves, Rinnai has become the world's leading gas appliance manufacturer with a total of 48 subsidiaries around the world, and has continued to challenge and change over the past century to provide people around the world with a more comfortable life.
After that, led by the factory manager and the head of the development department, the students went into Rinnai's factory production line and R&D lab to see the highly automated process of each product from parts production to assembly and packaging. Through the detailed explanation of the technical staff, they learned about the company's unremitting efforts in automatic production, energy s**ing and product intelligence. The students were amazed by the highly automated production line and the many sophisticated and innovative products, and the students from the College of Power Engineering and Mechanical Engineering were very excited to discuss their professional technical knowledge. Just like the slogans posted in many places in the factory, "Inherit the Spirit of Craftsmanship, Exercise the Quality of Work" and "Quality is Our Life", whether in the front end of research or production site, we could feel the enterprise spirit of "No Compromise" of Rinnai. The enterprise spirit of "No Compromise" can be felt in both the research front and production site.
Finally, the staff proudly introduced to the students the photos of Rinnai Hope Primary School in Huoshan County donated by Rinnai on the exhibition wall, which made the students feel the sense of social responsibility and temperature of Rinnai. On the occasion of parting, the enterprise staff expressed their good wishes for the students' future and their wish to join Rinnai's family.
